About Me:
My coaching philosophy in a nutshell
- I have an extreme passion for soccer and impart that on the players I work with
- Focus on technical ability of the players
- Focus on a style of play that I believe in, and love to watch.  Very simply the style of play is Possession with the Intent to Attack
- Teach my players to learn from the game as it is the best teacher

4-3-3, 5-3-2, and finally the 4-4-2 (diamond in the middle)
