It’s important to understand that a cornerstone of Tampa Dynamo is our Player-Centered philosophy. At the heart of all decisions impacting a team is the following question: What is best for that particular player and their overall development? If your child joins our organization, we strive to play an instrumental role in helping them reach their full potential both on and off the field. We know this process is not a sprint but a marathon. A marathon, that if you join a team at U7, theoretically, we could be an important part of your child’s life for over 10 years.  This is an enormous responsibility and one we take with the utmost seriousness! It’s for this exact reason that we place such a strong emphasis on Coaching Education programs, both internally and within U.S. soccer.

Throughout the program we provide:

• Strategically designed infrastructure to guide players on their developmental pathway from U7 – U19

• Professional coaching staff engaged within each age group. As a club we strive to “know your player” on and off the field rather than just being a number

• Age-appropriate directors whose primary role is to oversee their respective age groups to maintain high standards

• Additional access to the following sessions: Goalkeeper, Technical, SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness)

• Free Access to Footy (Self Training App)
